happiness is that unrelenting happiness, the undeniable Duchenne smile or an incredible peace of mind. Except, what is it that in some way makes us happy? Chocolate can raise endocrine levels and the thinking behind vacation time offers rest. However, they cannot define the intangible indisputable fact that we call happiness. In reality, if you're asked to show someone happiness, you can't. Why? It doesn't exist. At least, it won't exist because of that which you find inside or beyond ourselves.
From day one, we've carried around some sort of rulebook for self-fulfillment, amassing the thoughts, opinions, values etc. given to us. They are not our own yet, we continue being them, whether credible or even not. Before long, these ideas become immersed in our speech, and consequently the actions, so much so that we cannot ascertain the joy. We only get what others have referred to.
Believe it or not, we are the ones accountable for our own happiness. If it will exist, it is in that which you think and say. Consequently, happiness is easily attainable only if we decide to build it for ourselves in our speech.
It's like when we're finding out ride a bike. We've seen others doing the work, and attempt to mirror them. When we initially access a bike though, many of us fall or crash since we lack balance. It's impossible to teach us balance. We can listen as much as we like, but when it comes down to it, i am the only ones who can stabilize ourselves on some sort of bicycle.
We can try to pursue what we believe to be happiness, or success, appreciate, and the like. Still at what point can we attain it? Exactly who defines what that happiness is? And how can we ensure that all that effort will get us to that indefinable strategy?
Just imagine, you is usually happy right now. You just need to clear away the clutter of voices you're hearing saying, "No. " The limitations we put on enjoyment come from the particular thoughts we've carved into stone determined by what others (family, friends, media, etc) have mentioned.
If you could basically say, "I'm happy, " you've defined your own personal happiness. Though others may claim that your situation is unpleasant, only you can decide that it's true. If not, dialog will manifest into action, and your own defining voice will carry through the cacophony of sounds embedded in your thoughts.
We have been indoctrinated while using the facts of life. Therefore, saying, "I am happy" and being happy can be a challenge. Since childhood, we have perceived happiness or happiness determined by a reward-punishment system with regards to the actions we've taken. People have told us what's going to make us happy or even sad without ever asking us that which you want.
