First of this movie is a must go see. Steve Harvey made himself with this.
The characters are the pump in this film. This film has something to offer to public people.

What I liked was, there were several types of men and women in different situations, looking for a relationship. Everyone went through various obstacles in order to learn about themselves and the other person that they really wanted to be with them.

The characters were:
The Baby Mama's
The player
The type of divorce
The Committer affair
The kind with potential

Steve Harvey explains that women give the Vagina so fast that a man who is not interested in women because of this.
Steve explains a 90 day rule. He compared the rule for a job as a trial period of 90 days. the employer delayed the benefit of you until you tested after 90 days. Steve explained that women should also have this rule to see if the man is. Women should do this to set standards for themselves.

Act like a lady think like a man examines the different points of view of men and women. Some women think that love is sex. While men think that sex is only a feeling that need with emotions not attached to it.

In the film's Kevin Hart was divorced man who hated his wife. While he was other single men where trying to find a woman. Kevin Hart was of course very funny in the movie. But at the end of act like a lady think like a man, Kevin returned to his wife who was Wendy Williams. Became aware that I had to put much energy into being divorced and really loved his wife and needed it.

Men need women and vice versa. The men try to play tough but are soft like a baby ass and women fall for them.
Life is very unique, we never know who we will meet and what character and traits are willing to become that person.

The best relationship I think it was the independent women and the type of potential. It had to lower your level to be with a man that could not contribute to their finances. He realized that money does not make her happy but wanted a man who made his Special fell.

The film was a success. It was very funny, emotional, and many mixed feelings.

I learned in the act like a lady think like a man, the woman should have standards and know what you want to find and keep a man!
Men only respect women who have goals and establish standards for themselves!

It acts like a lady think like a man is a great movie. He gave the #1 place in the charts this weekend.

A moment of gratitude... By Rachel Matrejek

A moment of gratitude.

During this time occupied year-round, it is easy to become trapped in the hustle and bustle of meal planning, buying gifts and travel plans. Black Friday sales start earlier than ever, and aggressive consumerism always makes news. Between the stress of holiday planning, many of us forget to us the true meaning of Thanksgiving is gratitude. The Indians and the pilgrims gathered to celebrate and thank the rich and abundant gifts of the Earth. They celebrated friendship, camaraderie and potential. The first feast of Thanksgiving was one of gratitude.

Gratitude is an idea that I present to my clients and students of yoga often. Gratitude creates space for wealth, and when we let go of the want that soon we realize how much we already have. It takes practice to cultivate a deep sense of gratitude. As we practice yoga poses, we should also make time to practice the feeling of gratitude, tending to him as a gardener tends the soil. Just as a flower wilt without water, gratitude decreases without adequate time and attention.

During this holiday season, challenge you to cultivate your own garden of gratitude. Start a gratitude journal, scoring 2-3 things you are grateful for each day. Use this simple meditation each morning or afternoon:

Sitting in a quiet space of height, place both hands, one on top of each other in the center of your heart. Take a few slow, deep breaths and begin to think about a thing or a person that you are grateful. While they continue to breath in thinking, they begin to feel soft warmth emanating from your heart. Lets you expand this feeling throughout every cell. Spend at least 3 minutes, present in this sense of gratitude in the center of the heart. At any time that you feel the mind begins to wander to another thought, simply carry the mind to breath and back to feel the warmth of gratitude.

Finally, my own moment of gratitude:
Today, I'm grateful for all my clients and students of yoga. All have taught me so many things about me in the last year. Each new day, I challenged to go beyond my comfort zone and they have grown exponentially as a doctor, a teacher and a person that I never believed possible. A heartfelt thank you to each of you.

30 Seconds for easy self hypnosis

There are many ways in which induce a calm, relaxed state of the conscious mind and mind, in which the body is still, simply put aside for a time as the subconscious mind takes on a more dominant role and allows the cognitive therapeutic processes that are innate in all of us to become active.

This state of mind, known as the hypnotic state is very simple created by;

Focusing the attention.Relax the body.Allowing unnecessary thoughts come and go, without any rationalization.

This process can be done easily using the technique that follows. It is known as the "eye Roll technique ', and is a way of entering a safe therapeutic hypnotic trance very old but powerful." When in this state of relaxation of the mind, it is possible that oneself to offer positive suggestions or affirmations to achieve the desired changes. Examples of positive statements and statements later occur.

THE TECHNIQUE.

If possible, find a quiet place and not sit down or lie down comfortably.

Roll up the eyes, as if you try to look at your eyebrows.

Let his eyelids slowly close, and as you do, take a deep breath and hold it.

As you exhale slowly, allow that slanted eyes return to its normal position.

Finish exhaling, enjoy the soft, floating feeling you'll experience.

At the same time, imagine your hand right to be very light, which has a balloon with helium in children linked to the same driving it up gently. You may be surprised by the ease of hand and arm seem to float up to themselves.

This floating hand signal is a signal of his subconscious mind that are entering into a State of deep relaxation.

As long as it remains in this state of mind deeply relaxed, hypnotic, offer positive suggestions, therapeutic feel help produce the changes that really wants or needs.

Remain in this State for 10-20 minutes, that's all that's needed.

You can repeat the process several times a day as you like.

OUT OF THE TRANCE STATE.

Upload your eyes behind your closed eyelids.

Very slowly, allow open eyelids and eyes to focus.

The fist tight with your right hand and you do, allow this floating light hand to fall into a comfortable position. How he is rest, release the tight fist and gently pull the fingers...FINISH!

If necessary, the output of the State of trance can be done any time through the above steps.

You will take a little time to perfect the technique, especially if you are all the time 'in motion' type of person. Relaxation comes easier to some than to others, so they always have this in mind.

Remember, if you want to make positive changes in your life, this relatively short time use can pay big dividends in the end. The beauty of this is that once you have practiced and mastered the technique, you will be able to enter the State relaxed much more easily and deeply.

Another point to remember is that everyone is able to enter a hypnotic state.

But as we are all different, so is the ease with which we enter into a hypnotic trance.

Some will be successful in his first or second attempt, while others may need many more attempts. Took me a week and half about 15 attempts until I reached a hypnotic state. The motto is-PERSERVERE. It may take time, but the rewards are well worth the effort.

30 Seconds to Easy Self Hypnosis

There are many ways in which to induce a tranquil, relaxed state of mind, in which the body is still, and the conscious mind is simply placed aside for a while as the subconscious mind assumes a more dominant role, and allows the therapeutic cognitive processes which are innate in all of us to become active.

This state of mind, known as the hypnotic state is very simply created by;

Focusing one's attention.Relaxing the body.Allowing unnecessary thoughts to enter, then exit, without any rationalisation.

This process can be easily accomplished by the technique that follows. It is known as the "Eye Roll Technique', and is a very old but powerful way of entering a safe therapeutic hypnotic trance. When in this relaxed state of mind, it is possible to offer oneself any positive suggestions or affirmations in order to bring about the changes which you desire. Examples of positive statements and affirmations are given further on.

THE TECHNIQUE.

If possible, find yourself a quiet place and either sit down or lie down comfortably.

Roll up your eyes, just as if you were trying to look at your eyebrows.

Allow your eyelids to slowly close, and as you do so, take in a deep breath and hold it.

As you slowly exhale, allow your upturned eyes to return to their normal position.

As you finish exhaling, enjoy that gentle, floating sensation that you will experience.

At the same time, imagine your right hand to be very light, like it has a childs helium balloon tied to it making it rise gently. You may be surprised at the ease by which your hand and arm seem to float up by themselves.

This floating hand signal is a signal from your subconscious mind that you are entering a state of deep relaxation.

As you remain in this deeply relaxed, hypnotic state of mind, offer yourself any positive, therapeutic suggestions which you feel will help to bring about the changes you really want or need.

Remain in this state for 10-20 minutes, that's really all that's needed.

You can repeat the process as many times a day as you like.

EXITING THE TRANCE STATE.

Roll up your eyes behind your closed eyelids.

Very slowly, allow your eyelids to open, and the eyes to focus.

Make a tight fist with your right hand, and as you do, allow this light floating hand to drift down into a comfortable position. As it comes to rest, release the tight fist and gently stretch those fingers.......FINISHED !!!!

If necessary, the exit from the trance state can be accomplished any time by going through the steps listed above.

It may take you a little time to perfect the technique, especially if you are the 'on the go all the time' sort of person. Relaxation comes easier to some people than to others, so always bear this in mind.

Remember, if you want to make positive changes in your life, this relatively short use of your time can pay great dividends in the end. The beauty of it is that once you have practiced and mastered the technique, you will be able to enter the relaxed state much more easily and deeply.

Spend at least 3 minutes, present in this sensation of gratitude in the heart center. Anytime that you feel the mind begin to wander to another thought, simply bring the mind back to the breath, and back to the warm feeling of gratitude.

Finally, my own moment of gratitude:
Today, I am grateful for all of my clients and yoga students. You have all taught me so much about myself over this past year. Each new day, I am challenged to move beyond my comfort zone, and have grown exponentially as a clinician, a teacher, and a person- more than I ever thought possible. Dmuchanie w słomkę jako forma terapii

Dzisiaj druga metoda ozdabiania paznokci, którą postanowiłam sobie odświeżyć, czyli tzw. splatter mani. Jak do tej pory zrobiłam całe dwa mani tą metodą , jeżeli jesteście ciekawi, to kliknijcie TUTAJ albo/i TUTAJ. Tym razem postanowiłam pójść w kierunku ciemnych kolorów. Zaczęłam od pomalowania paznokci bazą i warstwą Kleancolor 161 Metallic Red. Gdy lakier wysychał nałożyłam na palce wokół paznokci klej magic i prawie padłam z nudów czekając aż wyschnie ;) W końcu zrobił się przeźroczysty i mogłam zacząć "pluć lakierami'. Użyłam w tym celu słomki oraz lakierów AllePaznokcie Flip flop nr 2 oraz Catrice 440 I Wear My Sunglasses At Night. Przy okazji odkryłam, że dmuchanie w słomkę mnie uspokaja i relaksuje. Po skończonej robocie ściągnęłam klej razem z lakierem, doczyściłam skórki i nałożyłam warstwę Poshe, żeby wyrównać płytkę.

Fale na jeziorze

Ostatnio doszłam do wniosku, że zaniedbałam parę ciekawych technik zdobienia paznokci i najwyższa pora do kilku z nich wrócić. Zaczęłam od wielce brudzącego water marble. Zawzięłam się i tak poobklejałam palce wokół paznokci, że o dziwo czyszczenie odbyło się bez zgrzytów. A może to zasługa tego, że palce czyściłam od razu po wyciągnięciu ich z wody i usunięciu taśmy. Lakier jeszcze nie skamieniał i dawał się łatwo usunąć. W każdym razie znowu pokochałam water marble i chyba niedługo znowu coś wykombinuję na wodzie.
Jako kolorowy podkład do tego mani posłużyła mi jedna warstwa China Glaze Kinetic Candy z kolekcji ElectroPop. Tego samego lakieru użyłam na wodzie, dodając mu China Glaze Take A Trek z kolekcji Hologlam Holographic. Mani na zakończenie utrwaliłam oczywiście topem. Tym razem padło na Sally Hansen Insta-Dri.

Porównanie: China Glaze Zombie Zest vs. Orly It's Not Rocket Science

To był pracowity i ciężki tydzień, nawet sobotę miałam zawaloną papierzyskami, ale najważniejsze, że już jestem. Mam nadzieję, że w nadchodzącym tygodniu znajdę więcej czasu na blogowanie ;)
Dzisiaj drugie z zapowiadanych porównań, na które wpadłam podczas lakierowych porządków. Pierwszy w moim helmerze wylądował lakier China Glaze Zombie Zest ze starej halloweenowej kolekcji Awakening. Od razu podbił moje serce i chociaż używam go rzadko, to mam do niego sentyment. Po kilku miesiącach w oko wpadł mi lakier Orly It's Not Rocket Science z kolekcji Cosmic FX. Rozum mówił, że to pewnie duplikat Zombie Zest, Ali mówiła, że one są prawie takie same, zdjęcia w necie mówiły, że nie ma sensu wydawać pieniędzy... a serce mówiło, że muszę go pomacać i sama sprawdzić ;)


Na pierwszy rzut oka lakiery różnią się od siebie głównie ilością świecących drobinek. wszystkie podstawowe parametry mają za to podobne. Konsystencję mają podobną. Oba kryją dopiero po trzeciej warstwie, ale ładnie rozprowadzają się po płytce i nie robią smug. Schną i utwardzają się w podobnym czasie, niezłym, ale szału nie ma i top wysuszający jest jak najbardziej na miejscu. Ja do porównania topu nie nakładałam, błysk jest całkowitą zasługą lakierów. Zmywają się dobrze, drobinki lubią osadzać się na skórze, ale nie jest to jakoś specjalnie uciążliwe.
Chociaż lubię oba te lakiery i na zdjęciach widzę między nimi różnicę, to jednak na żywo jest ona prawie niedostrzegalna i uważam, że nie ma sensu posiadania obu tych lakierów. Ze względu na sentyment, nazwę i więcej świecących drobinek zostanie ze mną Zombie Zest.

Kwiaty w ogniu

Nie wiem jak Wy, ale ja nie mam zamiaru rozstawać się z neonami na czas jesieni i zimy. Nic mi tak nie poprawia humoru jak oczodajny mani (no może błyszczący mani) ;) 
Dzisiaj mani, w którym użyłam jednego z moich ulubionych neonowych pomarańczy, czyli Orly Melt Your Popsicle z kolekcji Feel The Vibe. Na zdjęciach kojarzy mi się z żarzącymi się węgielkami. Od razu mi cieplej ;) Do pełnego krycia wystarczyły dwie warstwy. Kwiaty wymalowałam czarną farbą akrylową. Całość pokryłam topem.

Porównanie: Hits Mari Moon Dreamer vs. AllePaznokcie Flip Flop nr 3

Pisałam Wam w TYM poście, że zmieniam wzorniki i ogólnie robię lakierowe porządki. Parę tygodni temu skończyłam to całe zamieszanie, poukładałam wzorniki-patyczki kolorami i okazało się, że trzeba wywalić parę prawie identycznych lakierów. Ale wśród dubli znalazłam dwie identyczne pary, które postanowiłam Wam pokazać, niejako ku przestrodze, żebyście kasy niepotrzebnie na identyczne lakiery nie wydawali ;)


Pierwsza para to Hits Mari Moon Dreamer oraz AllePaznokcie Flip Flop nr 3.
Hits Mari Moon Dreamer można kupić w sklepie llarowe, kosztuje  7$ + pewnie drugie tyle za przesyłkę, czyli na nasze jakieś 40zł. Przy takiej cenie pojemność 6ml robi mizerne wrażenie. Kiedyś już gościł u mnie na blogu, można go zobaczyć solo w TYM poście.
AllePaznokcie Flip Flop nr 3 można kupić w sklepie AllePaznokcie, a jak macie szczęście to może nawet w ich stacjonarnej hurtowni. Kosztuje 19,90zł + najtańsza przesyłka 9zł, czyli prawie 29zł. Pojemność butelki jest całkiem porządna, bo ma aż 15ml.
Już na pierwszy rzut oka widać co się bardziej opłaca. Przydałoby się jeszcze parę szczegółów technicznych.
Jedyna różnica, którą zauważyłam przy robieniu tego porównania, to konsystencja. Dreamer jest gęstszy, ale to pewnie dlatego, że stoi u mnie już jakieś 1,5 roku. Cała reszta właściwości obu lakierów jest identyczna. Kryją po dwóch cienkich warstwach, chociaż osoby wymagające nałożyłyby pewnie trzecią warstwę. Schną tak samo, czyli przyzwoicie. Utwardzenie mają trochę przydługie, ale nie ma tragedii. Jednak przede wszystkim wyglądają identycznie, co możecie obejrzeć na zdjęciach. Nie wiem jak AllePaznokcie to zrobiło, ale dla mnie to jest dublikat doskonały. Brawo! Ciekawa tylko jestem, czy wyszedł im przez przypadek, czy specjalnie się starali ;) W każdym razie Dreamer ląduje w worku z lakierami, których się pozbędę, zostaje ze mną Flip Flop.
